Taichung Conference Room Installation

This project was carried out in a corporate conference room located in Taichung. The meeting space features a U-shaped layout with three large glass walls. The client requested full smart film installation across all glass surfaces, allowing the space to seamlessly switch between openness and privacy with maximum flexibility. With a total of 30 smart film panels installed, this project also set a new record for the largest smart film application in our portfolio to date.
National Space Organization, Hsinchu Science Park

The product featured in this project is UNICO’s self-adhesive PDLC smart film, launched in 2020. The film can be directly applied onto glass surfaces, appearing frosted when powered off and fully transparent when powered on. This installation was carried out at the National Space Organization located in the Hsinchu Science Park. Due to the material characteristics of the smart film, wet application is not possible; only dry installation methods can be used, requiring highly skilled technicians for precise application.
